Debra Johnson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management and client development. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Byram Healthcare since December 2020, Debra effectively collaborates with doctor's offices and patients to supply continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps to diabetics. Prior to this role, Debra worked as a Client Development Specialist at CHG Healthcare and held various positions including Voice Consultant and Team Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). In earlier experience as a Team Lead at Sykes at Home, Debra managed a team of 25-30 supervisors while focusing on workforce management, recruiting, and coaching. Debra holds a Bachelor of Music in Applied Voice from the Eastman School of Music, completed in 1989.
