Austin Zeliff is an experienced professional with a strong background in onboarding, customer relations, and marketing. As the Enterprise Onboarding Manager and formerly the Customer Onboarding Manager at Bynder since November 2021, Austin has been instrumental in managing creative file solutions for teams. Prior roles include Senior Onboarding Manager at Cybba, where leadership and customer management skills were honed, and International Coordinator at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies, overseeing programs for 200 students studying abroad. Austin has also contributed as a Peer Mentor at Northeastern University, a Growth Marketing Co-op at LevelUp, a Content Manager at iRobot, and an Online Learning Facilitator at EF Education First. Austin holds a Combined Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a Marketing Concentration from Northeastern University.
