Lennart Respondek is a Project Manager in Commercial Excellence at BYK Additives since June 2024. Previously, at ALTANA AG from November 2021 to June 2024, Lennart led innovation projects spanning multiple divisions with international experience in Germany, the UK, and the USA, reporting directly to the ALTANA CTO. As a Research Assistant at Universität Ulm from November 2018 to October 2021, Lennart focused on the development of organic materials for optical applications and supervised students in their research. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Intern at Covestro and a Consulting Intern at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants. Lennart holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Ulm University and has completed various degrees in chemistry from prestigious institutions, including Heidelberg University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
