Filip Elland is an experienced sustainability leader currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Castellum since February 2014, where responsibilities include developing innovative sustainability strategies and coaching executive leadership on sustainability issues. Additionally, Filip is the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee at EPRA and a board member at Byggvarubedömningen Service AB, focusing on promoting sustainable practices in the real estate sector. Previous roles include Sustainability Manager at Fastighets AB Briggen and Assignment Manager at AFRY, along with a solid educational background comprising a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Architecture from Lund University.
