Andres Esperidion possesses a diverse background in psychology and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Miljøterapeut at Barne- og familieetaten since June 2019, Andres has also taken on leadership positions, including Nestleder and Styremedlem at ORREMYR BORETTSLAG since May 2022 and a Styremedlem at ROMSÃ…S VAKTMESTERSENTRAL SA since August 2022. In addition, responsibilities include °Õ¾±±ô²õ²â²Ô²õ´Úø°ù±ð°ù at Bydel Gamle Oslo since January 2023. Prior experience includes providing assistance to unaccompanied minors at Sodexo assistansetjeneste from July 2013 to August 2021 and serving as a seminar leader at Universitetet i Oslo in early 2018. Andres has contributed to academic research as a Vitenskapelig assistent at Universitetet i Oslo in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, along with studies at The University of Hong Kong.
