Shawn Goh is a Senior UX Researcher at Bybit, specializing in trading product research, including Derivatives and Trading Bots, since June 2023. Previously, Shawn held roles as a UX Researcher at Cross Project Resources, focusing on usability testing and user insights, and as a UX Research Lead at Learn To Be, where the onboarding process for tutors was refined. At On & On Holdings, Shawn contributed to significant improvements in tender success rates and user engagement through in-depth research and targeted strategies. Early career experience includes positions as a Lead Designer and Graphic Designer, where marketing materials and brand identities were developed across various media. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Design in UX Interaction Design from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as additional qualifications in digital marketing, graphic design, and visual communications.
