Martin Stone has worked as a Pastry Commis at Gordon Ramsay Group from May 2008 to May 2009. Martin then worked as a Pastry CDP at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons from May 2009 to November 2012. Martin then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Head Pastry Chef from October 2012 to July 2015. After that, they worked at Restaurant Associates UK as a Head Pastry Chef starting from July 2015. In 2014, they briefly worked at Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island as a Head Pastry Chef. Currently, Martin is working as a Head Pastry Chef at By Word of Mouth UK since February 2020.
Martin Stone attended Guildford College where they obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Kitchen and Larder, as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Patisserie and Confectionery.
