Wendall Oaks is a seasoned Senior Program Manager at By Light Professional IT Services, serving since January 2012, specializing in information systems for Fire and Aviation Management, HHS-WTE Web Services, and USPTO Patent and Data Management. Prior to this role, Wendall held a similar position at Phacil, Inc, managing USDA-related IT projects from January 2012 to April 2021.
