Rogério Favero is an accomplished game designer and producer with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Lead Game Designer at By Aliens Limited since May 2023, Rogério previously held the position of Senior Game Producer at Afterverse, where oversight was provided for the development of new games and management of LiveOps operations. With prior roles including Senior Serious Game Designer at Compass.uol, Game Director/Game Producer at PlayLearn, Lead Game Designer at Universia Brasil, and Serious Game Designer at Aennova, Rogério has demonstrated expertise in game design, project management, and gamification strategies across various platforms.
