Lily Selwa has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lily currently serves as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Boston Properties. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting at OLSHAN PROPERTIES from 2018 to 2022. Lily also served as the Director of Accounting at AmTrust Realty Corp. from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Colliers-International, including Director, Consulting, Regional Finance Director, Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Assistant Controller NA. Lily also worked as the Manager, Finance & Business Planning at CGA-Canada, Supervisor, Trust at Alderwoods, and Team Leader, Sales Analysts at Verizon Superpages.

Lily Selwa has a Bachelor of Accountancy with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Calgary. Lily also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Douglas College and attended Little Flower Academy for their high school education. Additionally, they are affiliated with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
