Lynne Wright is the Founder and Chief People Experience Advocate at Ferris Wheel People Experience Advocates since September 2020, specializing in candidate-centric recruitment and employee retention strategies for creative agencies. In addition, Lynne serves as a part-time Talent Manager at BWP, focusing on recruitment processes and establishing the agency as a choice for talent. Lynne is also an Associate Virtual Assistant for My Virtual Personal Assistant York, assisting with various administrative tasks. Prior experience includes roles as Business Optimisation Manager and Marketing and Operations Manager at AWA Digital, alongside positions in website management and customer service at Superbreak and other organizations. Lynne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Open University and has been involved in parenting since February 2017.
