Cassandra Lau is a Senior Strategy Associate at BWD Strategic since October 2023, bringing extensive experience in sustainability and strategic consultancy. Previously, Cassandra worked as a Consultant at EY from February 2022 to October 2023, focusing on non-financial writing and sustainability reporting. A work placement at the Property Council of Australia included interviews with members and collaborative research on net-zero strategies in the property sector. Cassandra also served as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at GECA, promoting circular economy standards, and as a Staff Reporter for Property Observer, engaging in research on sustainable housing. Earlier roles include Editor in Chief for The Founder, a Student Ambassador for The Economist, and a Communications Intern at Webaspx. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainability from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London.
