Josh Esterholm is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in engineering roles across various companies. Currently at BW Papersystems since August 2021, Josh previously worked at Rockwell Automation and Phillips-Medisize, where responsibilities included part containment, quality improvement, and supply chain management. Early experience includes multiple internships at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on plant layout development, standard work creation, and safety identification, along with significant contributions to engineering designs using CAD software. Josh holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained in 2017.
