Ridhwan Hafiz possesses extensive maritime engineering expertise, currently serving as a 2nd Engineer at Perdana Petroleum Berhad since October 2021, leading the engine room team on the Project Baram Bravo Oil Field under Petronas Cari Gali. Previously, Ridhwan worked as a Senior 3rd Engineer with BW Group, where responsibilities included supervising crew activities and maintaining critical ship equipment, and held the position of 3rd Engineer at Wilhelmsen Group and Eaglestar, focusing on machinery maintenance and operational efficiency. Ridhwan began a career at MISC Berhad as a 4th Engineer, primarily engaged in watch-keeping duties, and has served as a Barge Engineer at Saujana Marine for a project chartered by Petronas. Ridhwan holds a degree in Marine Engineering from Akademi Laut Malaysia, completed between 2008 and 2011.
