Joel Sandager is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently employed at BW Integrated Systems since October 2012, focusing on upgrading packaging machine efficiency and developing custom solutions. Previous roles include mechanical engineering positions at American Grape Harvesters/PB Loader, Serpa Packaging Solutions, and Schneider Electric, where responsibilities encompassed production engineering support, product development, and system design for video security solutions. Sandager's career began with 20 years of service in the USAF as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician, culminating in an honorable discharge in April 2006. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Machine Design from California State University, Fresno, earned between 1999 and 2008.
