Erna Maxwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior People Leader at BW Integrated Systems since January 2018, Erna acts as a trusted HR business partner, addressing various people-related needs across multiple departments including commercial, operations, and finance. Prior to this role, Erna held the position of Director of Operations, overseeing manufacturing processes and facilities management across several sites. From July 2005 to December 2017, Erna worked as Operations Manager at Thiele Technologies, effectively managing operations in Minneapolis while consistently meeting key performance indicators for revenue and delivery. Erna holds an MBA in Management and a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
