Slaheddine DALDOUL is a Senior Software Engineer at ING since April 2019, where Slaheddine leads the development of the ING/AXA Bancassurance platform, utilizing cloud-native applications and container hosting technologies. Slaheddine also serves as a Scrum Master, facilitating the team and ensuring adherence to Scrum guidelines. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer Consultant at Worldline Global, contributing to a national emergency medical services information system using the SAFe methodology, and as a Software Engineer at FIS, working on a real-time securities system while holding the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer certification. Slaheddine's early career included positions with Polystim Neurotechnologies, where Slaheddine was involved in avionics sensor validation, and EBSYS, where Slaheddine developed an OCR algorithm for a license plate recognition system. Slaheddine holds an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Higher School of Communications of Tunis and has a solid academic foundation in mathematics and physics.
