Hailee Turner (Abegglen) currently serves as the Talent and Culture Manager at BVH Architecture, a position held since December 2018. Previously, Hailee held managerial roles at Starbucks, where responsibilities included turn-around operations, partner team development, and talent sourcing from August 2016 to March 2018. Prior experience also includes General Manager and Banquet/Event Coordinator at Roadhouse Hospitality Group, focusing on operational aspects and talent management from November 2015 to July 2016, as well as Manager at Scooter's Coffee, overseeing store success and staff development from August 2012 to October 2015. Hailee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned in 2013.
