Jordan Brodie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and analytics, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Customer Success & Analytics - Global Growth at Buzzback since June 2019. In this role, Jordan builds relationships with both global Fortune 500 and challenger FMCG clients, focusing on communication and customer success while leading the positioning and marketing efforts for Buzzback's Express platform. Previous positions include Manager of Global Growth Analytics, Client Development Coordinator, and Research Intern at Buzzback. Jordan also completed a Corporate Management Training Program at Bergdorf Goodman and interned as a Digital Intern with Wavemaker on the Vodafone Team. Additionally, experience includes a Business Development Internship at Everseat, a startup acquired by Retalient in 2019. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Philosophy from Brandeis University, completed in 2019, and is an alumnus of Gilman School.
