Carissa Hills has had a varied work experience since 2014. Carissa began as a Fashion Show Coordinator and Marketing Intern for South Hill Mall in 2014, then moved on to become a Social Media Manager for the same company in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Associate for Adidas, and in 2019 they were an Intern for Barber Consulting LLC and Fashion District NW. In 2020, Carissa Hills worked as a Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist for Achieve Freedom Coaching and a Marketing and PR for The McCord List. In 2021, they were a Personal Assistant to Illusionist, David Copperfield for The Magic of David Copperfield. Currently, Carissa Hills is a Senior Customer Success & Operation Manager and a Customer Success Manager for buywith.

Carissa Hills completed a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textiles from Central Washington University between 2016 and 2020.
