Victoria Udodava has a solid background in software development and research. Victoria started their career as a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Physical Organic Chemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in 2016, where they worked until 2019. Victoria then transitioned to the tech industry and worked as a Junior Frontend Developer at Чеширский кот from April 2019 to October 2019. Following that, they joined Offsiteteam as a Junior Frontend Developer from November 2019 to October 2020.
