Jack Hall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jack began their career in 2001 as the Director of Program Management at Attenza, Inc. where they directed client programs and managed product implementations. Jack later joined Skywire Software as the Director of Customer Service, responsible for customer service operations and support consulting services. In 2005, Jack joined Experian as the Director of Client Services, Market Planning, overseeing production, project management, CRM platform, and product support center. After that, they worked at Buxton, where they held various positions including Director of Client Services/Solution Architect, Vice President of Professional Services, Vice President of Account Management, and Vice President of Strategic Accounts. At Buxton, they achieved significant revenue growth, developed new solutions, and managed key client accounts. Currently, Jack is a Member of the SMU Cyber and Big Data Advisory Board at SMU Global & Online, collaborating with experts in data science to develop curriculum and programming.
Jack Hall obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Ball State University. In 2006, they received a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. The same year, they also obtained a certification in Certified Help Desk Manager from the Help Desk Institute, specializing in Customer Support. In 2016, Jack Hall obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
