Thomas Crumpen is an experienced IT professional with a background in service desk support and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at BUUK Infrastructure since August 2021, Thomas previously worked at ActivTrades as an IT Assistant, providing 1st and 2nd line support for various IT projects. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Support Technician at PSU Technology Group Ltd, where laptop and desktop configurations were handled, and as an IT Support Assistant at WALLIS SHIPPING SERVICES LTD, focusing on machine deployment. Thomas started in IT as a Graduate Placement at Microdec Plc, gaining knowledge in Active Directories and corporate networks, and has foundational experience from a customer service role at Tesco PLC. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence with Robotics from De Montfort University and has completed high school education with GCSEs and A Levels at Tendring Technology College.
