Razel Villanueva has worked in the digital product industry since 2011. Starting at Samsung Electronics as a Web Coordinator, they were involved in website analysis, management, reporting and presenting to seniors and directors from UK and Korea. In 2014, they joined graze.com as an Interaction Designer and then a UX/Product Designer. At Biglight, they worked as a UX Specialist from 2017 to 2019, leading the UX work in redesign and replatform projects, producing wireframes and prototypes to illustrate journeys and new design solutions, and testing and iterating on prototypes based on usability test findings. In 2021, they joined Butternut Box as a Product Design Lead.

Razel Villanueva attended Sacred Heart High School from 2002 to 2007, Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School from 2007 to 2009, and Brunel University London from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Multimedia Technology & Design.
