Jakub Dunin-Mikulski has been working in the engineering industry since 2006. Jakub began their career at Morrisons, where they held the roles of Manufacturing Manager and Project Manager. In 2021, they joined Butternut Box as a Capital Project Engineer.

Jakub Dunin-Mikulski earned a Master's degree in Agricultural and Forestry Engineering from the University of Environment and Life Science between 1998 and 2003.
