Juan Tejeda has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Receptionist at Bad Ass Academy. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Syracuse University in various roles including Facilities Supervisor, Resident Advisor, and Director of Project Management for BeIT Student Organization. In 2020, they joined ButterflyMX® as an Associate Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager in December 2021.

Juan Tejeda completed their education in Information Management & Technology with a focus on Project Management at Syracuse University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associates degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from ASA College between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, Juan obtained a certification in Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 from Microsoft in September 2019.
