Louisa Sparks is an experienced counsellor currently working at TAFE NSW and Bradfield Senior College since January 2024, and at the Butterfly Foundation since November 2022. Louisa previously served as a provisional psychologist at headspace from February 2023 to July 2023, providing psychological support to young individuals. Prior roles include a counsellor at Medibank, focusing on Beyond Blue and 1800Respect, and a child protection caseworker at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW), where comprehensive assessments and case plans were managed for families in complex situations. Louisa began the professional journey as a telephone counsellor at Lifeline Australia, supporting individuals in crisis.
