William Kinlaw currently serves as Operations Coordinator at Butte County Office of Education since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Superintendent at Regency General Contractors from April 2018 to April 2023, Lead Carpenter at Swinnerton from March 2017 to February 2018, and Project Lead at IES from July 2006 to August 2016, where responsibilities included leading crews in structured cabling installations and coordinating with clients and contractors to exceed expectations. Additionally, William held the position of Foreman at Sundt Construction from 2006 to 2011, overseeing decking crews for parking structures and meeting project schedules, and worked as Property Manager/Reception at Ocean Beach International Hostel from 2003 to 2006, managing property maintenance and improvements.
