Julia Murphy is an experienced art educator currently teaching at the Butte County Office of Education since October 2022 and has a strong background in art education within the Chico Unified School District. Julia has served in various roles, including an art teacher and instructional paraprofessional, and has a history of community involvement through volunteer work with organizations such as Chico Velo and Chico Natural Foods Co-op. A holder of a BA in Environmental Policy and Administration from CSU Chico, Julia has also demonstrated a commitment to environmental initiatives, securing grants for local workshops and events.
