Christi Fabela is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Optimization at Align Technologies since May 2024, Christi has also held significant positions at busybusy, including Director of Client Operations, Director of Client Success, and Client Success since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Xtreme Xcavating, LLC and RRC - Rapid Restoration & Construction Inc., as well as Director of HR & Administration at ACC. Prior to these roles, Christi was the Practice Administrator at Veterinary Surgical Services, PC, managing a multi-million dollar budget and a team of 18, and the V.P./Treasurer of Rock Bottom Construction Services, overseeing a staff of over 40. Christi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Education from The University of Texas at El Paso and earned a GED from Valhalla High School.
