Eric Fynbo has had a successful career in retail operations. Eric began their career in 2010 at Target as a Store Manager and ETL-Logistics. In 2015, they moved to DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they held the role of Store Manager until 2021. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Busy Baby LLC.

Eric Fynbo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato between 2005 and 2009.
