Rachael (DeSantis) Pagli is an accomplished professional in the beauty and media industry with significant experience in sales and advertising. Currently serving as the Executive Beauty Director at BDG since April 2021, Rachael has progressed through various roles including Senior Beauty Director and Beauty Director. Prior to this, Rachael held the position of Ad Director at WWD from April 2015 to April 2021, overseeing beauty advertising initiatives for multiple publications. Rachael's earlier career includes roles at Time Inc., including Public Relations Coordinator, where engagement with major brands such as PEOPLE and TIME was instrumental. Rachael also completed a Public Relations internship at PEOPLE Magazine in summer 2013. Rachael is an alumna of Eastern Connecticut State University.
