Kendra Perez is an experienced producer and designer currently working at Bust Out since February 2018. Kendra co-owned KDP Consulting LLC from July 2017 to November 2021, providing flexible contract work for early-stage start-up companies, with a focus on process design. As a co-founding employee at RetraceHealth from December 2011 to April 2017, Kendra contributed significantly to operations and product management, implementing processes that facilitated over 2,000 patient visits and achieving over 750 API integrations with various SaaS products. Kendra's early career includes roles as a bilingual medical receptionist at Southside Community Health Services, an elementary literacy tutor with Minnesota Reading Corps, and internships in medical training and healthcare observation. Kendra holds a BA in Spanish and Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Minnesota.
