Axel Rosenberg is an Assistant Professor at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH) since April 2014, specializing in Outdoor Education and Friluftsliv. In this role, Axel provides practical and theoretical instruction in various programs, including full-time and part-time outdoor education, as well as physical education teacher training. Additionally, Axel has been a Research Associate and Instructor for Buskerud Fylkeskommune, conducting annual winter camps for individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes project work with Oslofjordens Friluftsråd, focusing on educational programs for rivers and wetlands, and serving as a Nature Guide. Axel also held a position as an Assistant Professor at Norges idrettshøgskole and was involved in teaching sit-ski and bi-ski instruction for Norges Skiforbund. Axel holds a Master's degree in Outdoor Education and Philosophy of Education from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences and has completed various degrees in education, sports science, and outdoor life studies.
