Lisa Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lisa started their career as a Trainee Financial Accountant at The Prudential Assurance Co. Ltd. in 1986. Lisa then worked as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Financial Accountant at Merrill Lynch from 1990 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, Lisa worked as a Consultant, Business Analyst, and Project Manager at Nomura.

Starting in 1999, Lisa joined Deutsche Bank, where they held various roles, including Vice President in the Office of the COO and Vice President in Finance. Their responsibilities at Deutsche Bank included leading the finance graduate program, mentoring graduates, and serving as a trusted advisor to managers and HR.

In 2016, Lisa transitioned to Prudential Life Assurance as a Business Consultant, and then in 2018, they became an iHeart Facilitator at IHEART, a non-profit organization focused on innate mental health and wellbeing. Lisa also served as a Governor at Newlands Girls' School from 2019 to 2021.

Most recently, Lisa has been working at BusinessOptix since 2019. Lisa initially held the role of Head of Customer Success and is currently the Vice President of Product Marketing.

Lisa Swanson began their education in 1987 at BPP University, where they studied Accounting and Finance until 1990. Lisa then continued their education at BPP University from 1992 to 1994, focusing on Treasury Management. In 1991, Lisa obtained a certification from ACCA.

In 2013, Lisa attended The Quest Institute at Regent's University London and studied Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Coaching until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they completed the Clarity Coach Certification Program at Regent's University London, specializing in Coaching.

Lisa has also sought further education in coaching and facilitation. In 2017, they completed an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from HumanTechnics. Additionally, Lisa underwent training at Insight Principles Inc in 2017, where they completed the Advanced Practitioner Program: The Power of the Principles in Business, focusing on the use of the human mind in business.

Lisa further enhanced their coaching skills by attending iHeart Principles from 2017 to 2019, specializing in coaching for resilience, innate health, and mental well-being. In 2020, they attended The Coaching Academy, focusing on Small Business Coaching and Corporate Coaching until 2021. Lisa's most recent education endeavor was at Time to Think from 2020 to 2022, where they studied Coaching & Facilitation.
