Steve Gauldin has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Steve currently works at Businesssolver as the ACA Operations Lead, responsible for managing operations related to the Affordable Care Act. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Business Analyst at Businessolver, where they supported the Product Manager in product analysis and requirements documentation. Steve also served as the Client Operations Lead, managing client accounts and ensuring their needs were met.

Before joining Businessolver, Steve worked at Innovative Healthware Services (IHS) as the Director of Business Development, focusing on providing healthcare solutions to various organizations. Steve also held the position of Vice President at TRISTAR Risk Management.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Principal Financial Group, where they served as the Strategy Director, overseeing strategic planning and development efforts. Steve also worked as a Product and Business Development Consultant, providing guidance and developing customer-specific solutions.
