Carole Bowen has extensive work experience in the field of Benefit Operations. Carole started their career at Putnam Investments in 1988, where they held the role of Sr. Manager AVP, Product Support. At Putnam, they managed the implementation and support of Y2K application software and provided day-to-day support for employee statements, system upgrades, and large plan projects.

In 2004, Carole joined Mercer as a Director, where they managed teams responsible for implementing and supporting vendor files and communication forms for Health & Welfare clients. Carole also supported Annual Enrollment for over 40 clients and implemented WebMD for Health & Welfare clients.

Currently, Carole works at Businessolver, starting in 2018. Carole has held various roles at the company, including AVP, Client Operations Lead and Director, Client Operations. Carole'sresponsibilities include managing the Client Services team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients.
