Andrew Wales has extensive work experience in various roles within the operations and client services field. Andrew is currently serving as the AVP of Operations at Businessolver since April 2022, where they lead the operational functions of the company. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Client Operations Lead at Businessolver from February 2019 to April 2022, and before that, they were a Client Operations Lead from February 2018 to February 2019.

Before joining Businessolver, Andrew worked at Conduent as a Service Delivery Manager from January 2017 to February 2018. Andrew was responsible for overseeing service delivery operations.

Andrew also gained valuable experience at Xerox, where they held multiple roles. Andrew served as a Service Delivery Manager from August 2016 to January 2018, managing the delivery of services to clients. Prior to this, they worked as a Benefits Administration Consultant from July 2014 to July 2016, providing expert guidance on benefits administration. Andrew started their career at Xerox as a Functional Analyst from January 2013 to July 2014.

Additionally, Andrew has a background in customer service and human resources. Andrew worked at Aon Hewitt as a Benefits Advocate from March 2010 to January 2013, where they assisted customers with their health, retirement plans, and other HR services. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Service Representative from November 2005 to March 2010. In this role, they handled escalated issues, conducted skill-based training, and provided excellent customer service.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Andrew gained experience as a General Manager at Govnors Public House from July 2004 to October 2005.

Andrew Wales attended Marian Central Catholic High School from 1995 to 1999. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at Western Illinois University from 1999 to 2003. During their time at the university, they focused on Communication and Human Relations and Public Communication as their fields of study.
