Kevin McKeon has had four work experiences, starting from their role as a Systems Engineer at Gotham Technology Group from August 2012 to March 2014. Kevin administered and troubleshooted Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2-based infrastructure and implemented and maintained virtual Citrix environments. Then, they worked as a Network Support Technician at Cyber City from June 2014 to July 2016. Following this, they worked as a Network Engineer at Progressive Computing Inc. from August 2016 to May 2023. Finally, they are currently working as a Level 3 Engineer at Business Technology Partners from June 2023 to the present.

Kevin McKeon earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Technology Management from the University at Albany, SUNY, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Kevin has also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA A+ ce and Security+ ce, Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenDesktop 5, XenServer 6, and XenApp 6, as well as Implementation Engineer, VNX Solutions Specialist Version 7.0 from EMC. The specific months and years of obtaining their CompTIA Network+ certification are unknown.
