Rheannon Gerlach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and client management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Training Enablement at Business Talent Group since September 2022, Rheannon has had a long tenure at Groupon from August 2010, holding various roles including Senior Trainer, Head of Mentor Program, and Merchant Manager.
