A knack for helping people, Hamish grew up wanting to be a fireman. He joined Business Systems with over 25 years’ worth of experience in the Contact Centre and Service Management space. Hamish has a diverse range of sector experience having worked in Financial Services, Automotive, Public Sector and Technology industries across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Australia. He also enjoys sports, in particular mountain biking and has a deep love for music, DJing on a regular basis in his spare time.
