Shanna Bailey is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in water quality management and project administration. Currently serving as a Regional Project Manager and Regional Coordinator at Business Oregon since April 2015, Shanna previously worked as a Project Officer at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality from November 2007 to March 2015, managing the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program and overseeing environmental reviews for eligible projects. Earlier roles include Water Quality Specialist for the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, Hydrologist at the Bureau of Land Management, and Environmental Specialist Intern with the Corps of Engineers. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Walla Walla University.
