Michael Eales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy design and innovation, currently serving as a Partner at Business Models Inc. since 2013. Eales is an Ambassador for both Design for Good and Good Design Australia, promoting the importance of design in creating a prosperous world. Additionally, Eales leads the COVID-19 Design Taskforce for the Australian Design Council and holds the position of Director at Made In The Now, a venture design company. Eales has previously held prominent roles, including Board Member at Q Shelter and Director at DisclosureNet, which specialized in software solutions for enhanced reporting. Eales has substantial advisory experience from Grant Thornton Australia and corporate development expertise from Centrepoint Alliance. Eales began the career at ANZ in corporate banking.
