Mogens Raun is an experienced consultant, coach, and mentor currently running Mogens Raun ApS since April 2022 and serving on the advisory board of the Business Model Excellence Institute. Previously, Mogens held significant leadership roles, including Head of Executive Talent at A.P. Moller - Maersk and Global Head of Talent Management at LEGO Group. Further experience includes Group Head of Talent at ISS A/S, Chief Human Resources Officer at Saxo Bank, and SVP - Head of Talent Management, Group Learning, and Diversity at Allianz. Mogens also had roles in performance and talent management at Nestle S.A. and Novartis Consumer Health, and began a career in organizational development at The Coca-Cola Company. Mogens holds an MSc in Human Resource Leadership from SDA Bocconi.
