Ewelina Kałużna has extensive experience in the real estate industry, starting in 2005. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Jones Lang LaSalle Sp. z o.o. in various roles, including Associate Director, Senior Consultant, Consultant, Junior Consultant, and Graduate Trainee. In 2013, they joined Colliers International as the Head of Landlord Representation for the Office Agency in Poland. In 2016, they joined Skanska as the Head of Leasing and Asset Management in Poland, and later became a Board Member. In 2019, Ewelina became the Managing Director at Business Link, a coworking and private office rental company. Ewelina also serves as a Mentor at the Top Woman in Real Estate organization.

Ewelina Kałużna obtained their Master's degree in International Relations, with a specialization in Investment in Real Estate, from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2000 to 2005. In 2018, they pursued Executive Education at both IMD and Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they received certifications such as MRICS from RICS in 2014, LEED Green Associate from Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in 2011, and CCIM from CCIM Institute in 2010.
