Matt Waechter is a Senior Collaboration Engineer at Business Information Group, a position held since August 2005. Responsibilities include the design and implementation of various communication systems such as 3CX, Toshiba, and Cisco Call Manager, as well as Call Manager Express and UCCX systems for both internal and external clients. Additionally, Matt collaborates with vendors regarding third-party applications and pricing related to CMR systems, SIP trunks, and traditional POTs/T1 lines. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Field Operations Tech at Birch Telecom from 1998 to 2005.
