Renata Greenberg (prev. Frolova-Hammer) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of sustainability and responsible sourcing. Renata is currently serving as the Director and Office Lead for the Nordics at BSR, a sustainable business network and consultancy. Prior to this, Renata has held various roles and positions at organizations such as The Conference Board, Danske Bank, Organic Basics, Coloplast, IKEA, Lokalist, and A.P. Moller - Maersk. Their roles include Council Director, Responsible Sourcing at The Conference Board, Chief Sustainability Consultant and Sustainability Strategy Lead at Danske Bank, Chair of the Board at Organic Basics, and Corporate Head of Supply Chain Sustainability at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Renata's experience and expertise in sustainability and responsible sourcing make their a valuable asset in creating a just and sustainable world.

Renata Greenberg (prev. Frolova-Hammer) has an extensive education history in various fields. In 2013-2014, they attended Aspen University and completed a First Movers Fellowship in the Business and Society Programme. Then, in 2016-2017, they pursued a Master's degree at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, specializing in Strategic Organisational Leadership and earning a Post Graduate Diploma.

In 2019, Renata Greenberg attended two Executive Board Programmes. The first took place at INSEAD, and the second at Scandinavian Executive Institute - Danmark. The field of study for these programmes is unspecified.

Renata also completed the Transformational Leadership Programme - Leading Women at Copenhagen Business School in 2018, focusing on Organizational Leadership.

Renata Greenberg obtained their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Rhetoric from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen during the period of 2008-2011.
