Prapti Bagga has a diverse professional background in human resources, communications, and people management, with significant experience in various industries. Currently serving in the People & Culture department at BSR since October 2021, Prapti focuses on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include positions at Holiday Inn Intercontinental Hotels Group as well as the State Bank of India, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, people management, and communications. Prapti also held roles at Macy's Herald Square, CKGS - The Indian Consulate in New York, and other organizations, building a solid foundation in human resources and operational management. Prapti's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource and International Business from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, along with degrees in Journalism and Foreign Trade.
