Elias Kimaru is an accomplished professional with experience in project management and consultancy focused on community development and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as a Project Manager for external engagement at Palladium Development & Consultancy Kenya Ltd since June 2023, Elias is leading initiatives on post-mine land use in Kwale. Previously, Elias held dual roles as Implementation Manager for the PEPSI project and Technical Consultant at Business for Development from July 2021 to December 2023. Elias holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Kenyatta University, which was earned in 2012.
