Iryna Tsyganok is an experienced product owner and project manager with a strong background in optimizing development processes and coordinating cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Business Class since September 2020, Iryna previously held roles as a Project Manager at ZLab and as a Project Coordinator/Scrum Master at Business Class. Iryna's expertise includes facilitating Scrum meetings, managing product backlogs, and ensuring client and market satisfaction. Previous experience spans roles such as Scrum Master at Nebo #15 and Personal Assistant/Office Manager at USABILITYLAB LLC, where Iryna handled financial reporting, event organization, and personnel documentation.
